New measures in place according to the guidance issued by the government

CHECK IN PROCEDURE

Guests are requested to check in between 16.00 and 21.00, an email will be sent prior to arrival requesting estimated time of arrival, Claire will be there to greet guests and let them in through the front door. We also take the balance due for your stay at this time in reception. Masks are to be worn at all times.

BREAKFAST SERVICE

Breakfast menus are given to each guest on arrival, please fill in and return to reception by 8pm. Please use hand sanitiser in reception before entering the dining room or using the front door. Social distancing measures are in place and all staff wear masks when serving food. Continental breakfast is available if you prefer to eat in your room or a breakfast bag for people on the go. All condiments are served in individual sachets.

ROOMS

Fresh linen and towels are supplied with extra blankets on request. Clean towels are also available on request. Complimentary individual tea, coffee & sugar are in each room. Leaflets and other information are available in reception. Remote controls are thoroughly cleaned using bacteria control spray.

CLEANING

Rooms are cleaned initially using a “fogging” machine which is designed to disinfect each room before being cleaned thoroughly using bacterial spray and disposal cloths.

CHECK OUT

Any balance on your account is taken via contactless card payment in reception. Please leave your key on the reception desk. A review online would be very much appreciated.
